Mending Moments

Bodywork with Amy Pete

Trauma-Informed and Healing-Centered Bodywork

Welcome! I've been a practicing massage therapist for over 13 years and graduated from the 1200 hour program at The Swedish Institute in New York City. I've seen thousands of clients over the years and truly enjoy helping people slow down and receive support.

I was touched by Rosen Method in 2011 and attended my first training the following year. I am currently a Rosen Method Bodywork Intern with the Rosen Method Open Center. During my training, I became a mother which continues to influence my work and interests. In August 2018, we landed in the East Bay with my partner's job at CSUEB.

I am passionate about recovery from complex PTSD and creating environments where people can loosen the glue that's kept them alive. It is with my deepest respect that I meet people ready for something to change. I love working with clients of all ages, sizes, genders and life experiences. I can modify treatments in response to any personal preference or medical condition.

I offer free consultations in person or by phone. You don't have to do it alone. Peace is possible.
